​Over the last twenty years I’ve done just that. I’ve worked with experienced physicians and their practices and doctors establishing practices right out of  medical school, handling everything from financial modeling, strategic planning, governance and start up financing to office design, staffing, billing and collections, compliance, marketing, credentialing, and EHR selection. I have valued practices for sale, evaluated practices for efficiency and effectiveness (as well as revenue cycle matters), and advised my clients on hospital relationships, hospital negotiations, and hospital integration. And for six years I was a principle in a medical billing company working both in and out of network models.
